TUTORIALS 1-A-1
How does TLP_ONE work?
Students take the basic subjects of our official curriculum, but instead of going to group classes, they receive their education through one-on-one tutoring. That is, they have a personal tutor (teacher or professor) who teaches them the subject matter and evaluates them through homework, quizzes (short tests) and exams (long tests). In other words, students undergo the same rigors of our school, but in a more individualized way.

TLP is a school fully accredited, authorized and recognized by the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica. We comply with the curriculum, with the quality of our teaching, with the educational administration procedures and with many other standards.
TLP, in the exercise of its teaching freedom and academic freedom, can customize the processes to meet the needs of the students in a broader and more powerful way, all of which means that the principles of the laws, international treaties and jurisprudence in the field of education are complied with even more fully. This large body of legal norms in the field of education and in matters of children and adolescents seeks greater educational inclusion and better attention to students in the educational system.
(NOTE: TLP was originally accredited under the name "Centro Educativo GEA" and still appears as such in some databases of the Costa Rican Ministry of Education and some other public offices).
